3rd line support engineer – ( ITIL, AI)
A leading law firm who are spearheading AI software within the legal industry is seeking a 3rd line support engineer to come on board and join a fast-growing team.
As a 3rd line support engineer, you will assist in the development of service, whilst growing positive relationships with the customer base. You will manage the day to day delivery of the IT support across the law firm.
The successful 3rd line support engineer will have
Previous experience working in a diverse environment of incident management
Good working knowledge ITIL disciplines
Strong communication skills
Solid management experience
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies – Windows Server 2008 R2, Exchange, Windows 8, and Office 2015.
Good understanding of cloud technologies.
Experience with Virtualisation technologies – VMware, Hyper-V, XenApp
