Lead AI Innovation at Scale

One of the UAE’s largest financial services firms is launching an AI Innovation Hub to drive AI adoption across business operations, customer experiences, and revenue streams. Backed by top consulting firms and tech leaders, this initiative will rapidly develop, deploy, and scale AI use cases.

With three AI-powered products already launched in 6-12 week cycles, the firm plans to deliver 10 new AI-driven solutions in 2025. This role offers the best of both worlds—the resources of a major institution with the agility of a startup.

We seek a Chief AI Officer to define AI strategy, oversee product development, and build a high-impact innovation team. This opportunity is open to candidates from any industry leading large-scale AI programs and at the forefront of AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute AI strategy to drive innovation and transformation.
• Build and scale the AI Innovation Hub with best-in-class development practices and talent.
• Oversee AI product lifecycles, from ideation to commercialization.
• Launch and scale AI-driven solutions with measurable business impact.
• Collaborate across teams to embed AI into core financial services.
• Identify commercialization opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure AI adoption organization-wide, fostering data-driven decision-making.
• Stay ahead of AI advancements and integrate emerging technologies.

Your Profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience, with 5+ years in AI innovation.
• Proven success in developing and scaling AI solutions in large organizations.
• Deep expertise in ML, NLP, LLMs, and generative AI.
• Strong leadership in managing AI researchers, engineers, and product teams.
• Commercial mindset with AI business model development experience.
• Financial services, fintech, or AI-driven enterprise experience preferred.
• Degree in CS, AI, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
