Position Overview: We are looking for an innovative and experienced AI Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for developing cutting-edge AI models that drive impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning, deep learning, and AI models for a variety of business applications, including predictive analytics, automation, and data-driven decision-making
• Solution Design: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. Apply cutting-edge techniques to solve real-world challenges and improve existing processes
• Data Management: Manage and preprocess large, complex datasets, ensuring that data is clean, structured, and ready for analysis. Use advanced analytics tools and techniques to gain insights from structured and unstructured data
• Algorithm Optimization: Continuously optimize and fine-tune AI models to improve performance, accuracy, and scalability. Monitor model behavior in production environments and identify opportunities for improvement
• Model Evaluation & Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and generalizability. Perform thorough error analysis and refinement to maintain model integrity
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other AI specialists in a cross-functional team environment. Provide mentorship to junior AI team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Automation: Develop and automate processes for model training, deployment, and monitoring to increase operational efficiency and model lifecycle management
• Documentation & Reporting: Document AI models, methodologies, and results comprehensively. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  
  
  

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or artificial intelligence, preferably in a business or research setting.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
• Strong experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, or PyTorch
• Familiarity with data wrangling and preprocessing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
