Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Analyst to join our team. As an AI Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing insights, and supporting the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models to improve business processes and drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and AI technologies, with a passion for leveraging data to solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources for analysis. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights
• Model Development Support: Assist in developing machine learning and AI models, including feature engineering, model training, and model evaluation
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models in production. Identify areas for improvement and optimize models as needed
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions
• Reporting & Visualization: Present data analysis results, model outputs, and performance metrics through clear and concise visualizations and reports
• Automation & Optimization: Support the automation of data collection, preprocessing pipelines, and model deployment processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and machine learning technologies, research papers, and industry trends to continuously improve the team's AI capabilities
  
  
  

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or artificial intelligence, preferably in a business or research setting.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
• Strong experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, or PyTorch
• Familiarity with data wrangling and preprocessing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
