About Us

Accel Therapies is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing top-tier ABA therapy for kids with autism and other developmental needs. Currently, a major area of focus is optimizing our operations through data-driven decision-making.

We are seeking a smart Data Analyst to support billing, payroll, Power BI updates, and various data analysis and visualization projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, technology, and automation but does not want to be pigeonholed into a traditional billing or payroll clerk role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial and operational data related to billing, payroll, and other healthcare functions and own key operating metrics, including retention and turnover data, billing and collections data, monthly P&L, etc.
  • Power BI Development: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into key business metrics.
  • Payroll & Billing Insights: Work with finance and HR teams to analyze payroll and billing data, identify patterns, and improve processes without directly handling administrative tasks.
  • Automation & Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and data workflows using SQL, Excel, AI (e.g., ChatGPT, etc.) Power Query, Python, or other tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, people ops, and local teams to ensure process design and strategic decision-making is data-driven and implemented effectively.
  • Ad Hoc Data Projects: Support various data-related initiatives, such as forecasting, cost analysis, and operational reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or business intelligence, ideally in a healthcare or service-oriented industry.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.).
    • Experience with Power BI required.
    • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is preferred.
    • Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages is a plus.
    • Knowledge of payroll and billing systems is helpful but not required.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
    • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Why Join Us?

  • Impactful Work: Your insights will directly improve financial and operational efficiency in a healthcare setting.
  • Growth Opportunities: Work on diverse data projects and expand your skill set in analytics, automation, and business intelligence.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a forward-thinking team that values innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
