The Opportunity

This is a chance to build advanced AI solutions using massive, unique datasets that are growing by tens of millions of records per day. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on turning unstructured information into structured, actionable intelligence. What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize prompts for a range of NLP tasks
• Fine-tune and adapt LLMs for targeted, real-world applications
• Build and automate batch inference pipelines
• Extract structured data from vast volumes of unstructured text
• Contribute to AI features used in both internal tools and end-user applications
• Research and prototype new uses of generative AI and representation models
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and SMEs to bring solutions to production

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years in AI or machine learning engineering, ideally in data-intensive environments
• Proven experience building and shipping solutions that leverage LLMs
• Strong grasp of NLP, prompt engineering, and deep learning techniques
• Familiarity with current trends and limitations in foundation models
• Ability to work across large, complex datasets with curiosity and precision

• Languages: Python
• Frameworks & Libraries: Flask, DSPy, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Databases & Search: Elasticsearch, RDS, DynamoDB
