AVP, Mantas Senior Business & Data Analyst Whippany, NJBarclays Services Corp. What will you be doing?•On behalf of a global financial services organization, convert business requirements functional specifications into technical specifications and create related software solutions. •Prepare testing certification strategies and execution plans, perform system testing, and assist business users with User Acceptance Testing. •Create data models utilizing tools including Informatica, ER Studio and Microsoft Visio to facilitate data acquisition from upstream applications while ensuring data accuracy and completeness. •Collaborate with financial crime investigation team to develop, customize, and optimize Oracle Mantas behavior detection models. •Create data interface requirement specifications for sourcing data from payment systems including Global Pay Plus and MassPay utilizing knowledge of Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) knowledge. •Perform data analysis, data mining, and data migration utilizing scripts in Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Teradata databases. •Develop Oracle Procedural Language / SQL components to build custom Extract Transform Load solutions, thereby extending Mantas transaction monitoring platform. •Design and develop new dashboards and Management Information reports required for Anti Money Laundering (AML) investigations utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. •Advise stakeholders, including senior management, regarding facilitation, coordination, and arbitrate cross-functional macro level topics. •In collaboration with Agile project delivery team, facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, scrum meetings, Agile sprint delivery, and retrospective analysis sessions. •Analyze and manage project risk, monitor project progress, and advise senior management regarding project management tools including Jira. •Design and Develop User Interface automation testing frameworks utilizing tools including Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber behavior driven development modules in Core Java programming language.What we’re looking for:Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related field and at least five (5) years of post baccalaureate progressive experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, Testing Analyst, Software Developer/Engineer or related occupation. Must have at least three (3) years of experience with each of the following required skills:•Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA) to develop, customize, and optimize Oracle Mantas behavior detection models; •Extract Transform Load (ETL) process design to facilitate data acquisition; •Procedural Language and SQL Scripting to develop Oracle components to build custom ETL solutions; •Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to design and develop dashboards and management information reports required for AML investigations; •SWIFT standards for wire payments to create data interface requirement specifications; •Anti Money laundering and fraud monitoring; Selenium WebDriver to design and develop UI Automation testing frameworks; •Agile software development to facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, scrum meetings, Agile sprint delivery, and retrospective analysis sessions using Project management tools including JiraWhere will you be working?At Barclays, we are proud to be redefining the future of finance and here at Whippany we are defining the future of the workplace and the future of the way we work and live.
