Job Summary: Calculates, analyzes and communicates sensitive compensation, healthcare productivity and performance-feedback data to executive management and more than 1100 physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) within Lehigh Valley Physician Group and LVHN. Also to include LVPG-Hazleton and LVPG-Schuylkill. Ensures prompt and accurate payment of salary to LVPG physicians and APCs. Support data needs for Professional Services, including but not limited to Benchmarks, Quality, Patient Satisfaction, and related incentive programs, etc. Works with Professional Services personnel and management to continue to improve efforts to support LVPG physicians, APCs, and practice management. Reports to the Manager of Professional Services.

Minimum Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree (Health Care-related, Business) or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5+ years of related work experience in compensation and data analysis to include communication and service to or with physicians, APCs or other high-level professionals within health care (i.e. executive management). Ability to test, analyze, and report on significant findings within complex, confidential CPT, wRVU, quality, patient satisfaction and financial data.
Minimum 5+ years of experience with advanced skills (and/or training certification for) the following computer programs is required: Microsoft Access, Excel and Word. 
Ability to create and manage databases to accurately track confidential physician and APC information.
Experience with the management of and discretion regarding sensitive compensation information. 
Capacity to function effectively under frequent high-stress situations (i.e. data requests and short deadlines regarding compensation).
Ability to communicate and interact effectively through all of the following: face-to-face, phone, email, regular mail.
Must be detail-oriented and have demonstrated organizational skills within a large, multi-specialty group medical practice and a larger hospital network.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience with (and/or training certification for) the following computer programs is desirable: Adobe Acrobat, Intranet (SharePoint), Onbase, Intellicred, budget system, and physician billing systems.
