Credit & Portfolio Data Analyst


Job Overview

The Credit Portfolio Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for conducting credit reviews, credit approval and monitoring the portfolio to identify credit migration in coordination with the Risk Management team. The overall objective of this role is to manage Citi’s portfolio exposure to clients and counterparties globally.


  • Resolve issues and recommend solutions to moderate problems
  • Integrate specialty area knowledge with an understanding of industry standards and practices and how teams collaborate to accomplish goals of the sub-function/ job family
  • Develop risk management framework and processes
  • Support all IRAUs on tracking the adherence to the Annual Review timeline. The Controls & Monitoring group would identify, on a weekly basis, where all Annual Reviews are in the process, identify delay root causes and escalate
  • Generate all required reports for IRAU Head & Site Heads, including annual review extension, timeliness of quarterly monitoring, among others
  • Be responsible for any data integrity clean-up exercise
  • Join discussions around technology and system enhancement, making sure IRAU Credit Analysis needs are being addressed
  • Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in financial analysis, accounting and valuation
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
