Do you have a strong technical background ideally, in software? Do you have strong experience in bridging the gap between developers and customers? If so then you may be the customer solutions engineer, we are looking for. I am currently looking for a customer solution engineer to join my client on a permanent basis in Watford.

What will you be doing?

As a customer solution engineer, you will be providing the bridge between customers and the technical AI services provided by the company. Your role will involve creating technical solutions ensuring that good decisions are made for the company. The role will involve sporadic international travel working with clients to ensure that the solutions are being implemented to a high standard. Please note this is not a project management role in the sense of defining requirements etc it is more to do with creating technical solutions.

Key skills:

An IT/Engineering background with hands on experience of software.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Artificial intelligence would be beneficial
