Data Analyst (Customer Data Platform) – REMOTE WORK during pandemic period We’re hiring experienced Data Analyst for a contract assignment with our client from Consumer Goods industry. PS Hired consultant must be able to work on Experis’ W2. Third party C2C submissions are not allowed. Duration Budgeted until end of this year (high visibility of going long term with next year budget approval) Location Parsippany, NJ 07054 (Remote work is allowed during the pandemic period) Our Client’s Digital Team is responsible for developing andor delivering solutions that aim to provide digital platforms in area of Digital Marketing (Consumer Data Platform eCRM) Responsibilities Elicit requirements through the use of application design sessions, interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, business analysis, user stories, domain modelling, scenarios, task and workflow analysis, solution presentation. Analysis of requirements with regards to Customer Data Platform and eCRM System (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) capabilities, defining solutions and strategy of implementation Create and maintain the documentation of your efforts and communicate the results with stakeholders. Actively drive the enhancementmodification of supported solutions and processes related to it. Work closely with internal business stakeholders, external partners and vendors Ensure all IT security risks are covered in the rollout of the system. All activities must be performed with special attention on CCPA requirements. Required SkillsExperiences Data Analyst with at least 4 years of experience in data analysis and programming in SQL NoSQL and Rest APIs. Expertise in providing on-site and remote software technical support for customers and business stakeholders Experience in process flow design Experience in obtaining information from SQLNoSQL Database Experienced to create scripts in Java or Python which will perform Rest API call outs Knowledge of HTML, CSS and how to create campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience in digital technologies and knowledge of Marketing business functions. Experience working with marketing teams (cooperation with them) Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendlybusiness language. Ability to quickly understand business needs. Knowledge of technology standards, solutions modelling and services design. Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems.
