A day in the life
As a data scientist on our team, you will develop and evaluate machine learning models using large data-sets and cloud services to drive Alexa customer engagement. You will apply science innovations to solve business challenges, and influence the long term evolution of our science roadmap.

About the hiring group
Work closely with scientists and business intelligence engineers to understand customer behavior, and leverage science to solve business challenges. Partner with marketing, product, and engineering to integrate machine learning models into our customer facing channels.

Job responsibilities
a. Deep dive to understand factors that increase customer engagement, and propose strategy recommendations and science solutions.
b. Create / test / deploy scalable customer facing recommendation systems / machine learning models.
c. Design A|B tests to measure the incremental impact of deployed models.
d. Leverage test results, performance analyses, and research to improve science methods and model performance.
