Job Overview:

As an Enterprise Marketing Manager you are the heart of lead generation for the Enterprise market. 300 of Fortune 1000 companies are HighRadius customers and we have a large footprint and focus on the Enterprise market. As an Enterprise Marketing Manager you are responsible for using account based marketing techniques to create qualified lead generation through non traditional campaigns including but not limited to:

  1. Hosting speaking sessions, executive round tables, industry groups and more
  2. Strategic outreach to Accounts Receivable professionals through direct mail, online advertisement, trade shows, webinars and other lead generation activities

A Day in the Life: 

  • You will plan and execute regional speaking sessions, executive round tables, industry groups hosted by HighRadius
  • You will coordinate campaign account plans with Business Development Representative Team and campaign owners
  • You will contribute to wider organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • You will work with cross-functional partners, including sales and customer success to deliver on your objectives
  • Approximately 15-20% travel

  • Ability to own your destiny, develop your own marketing campaigns and messaging strategies
  • Exposure to multiple departments within HighRadius due to the nature of the role including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Consulting, Customer Success and HR.
  • Represent HighRadius at industry conferences across the country
  • Receive a base salary plus annual bonus


Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • Self-motivated individual willing to do whatever it takes to get a job done
  • BA/BS degree required
  • 2-7 years of similar experience (marketing, advertising, public relations)
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Experience promoting programs through various marketing channels (email, social, paid, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Impeccable organization skills with attention to detail
