Job Overview

Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Fleet Data Analyst is responsible for accurately forecasting the maintenance resource needs of the Fleet Ops Department. He/She takes into account a variety of factors (including but not limited to: Daily Repair Station Capacities, Maintenance Labor Requirements, and Parts Inventory) to give feedback to the leadership team to ensure that the Fleet Ops Department is prepared to meet the demand of operations at all times from a resource perspective. The Fleet Data Analyst will continually evaluate pending scheduled maintenance providing feedback to the leadership team to ensure that bottlenecks are avoided and a level workload flowing into the FAA Part 145 Repair Station is maintained. The Fleet Data Analyst is also responsible to identify when maintenance labor requirements are over the capacity of the FAA Part 145 Repair Station and flag that to the leadership team.DUTIES:* Develops and communicates forecasts of long term and short-term maintenance requirements to the repair station and other stakeholders.* Tracks and analyzes data as relates to aircraft maintenance.* Evaluates inventory min/max requirements to ensure they match the needs of operations.* Tracks data and metrics for the department* Monitors maintenance discrepancies/failure rates for trends providing feedback to leadership team* Continuously evaluate and improve the scheduled maintenance forecasting model and supporting processes.* Pushes requisitions to purchase orders in Oracle to support department needs.* Other duties as assigned by Manager.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:* High school diploma or equivalent* 2-4 years of Data tracking and analyzing experience.* Must possess excellent customer service skills.* Strong experience with Microsoft Excel required.* Power Bi Experience Preferred.* Prior experience in Aviation is a plus.Position TypeRegularCAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
