**Job Description**BAE Systems, Inc. employees and subcontractors support the United States Air Force, Nuclear Weapons Center, Intercontinental Ballistic Missile System Directorate, as it sustains the existing LGM-30 Minuteman III weapon system and acquires its replacement, the YLGM-182A Ground-Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD).BAE Systems is seeking an experienced data engineer who is ready to expand their skillset. The primary focus of the position is to build a data pipeline and data warehouse, but the project overall is in its infancy. During the early stages, solid data modeling skills, a willingness to work with unconventional platforms and software, and a propensity to read the documentation are required. Later on, knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and Python are required, while experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau are a plus. Prospective candidates also need strong communication skills, process-oriented thinking, the ability to manage requirements, and a willingness to solve problems rather than fill a role.
