Head of Applications Support / Digital Transformation – £65,000 – £75,000 + Bonus – Slough**
The purpose of this position is to own all aspects of our client's IT Application Support whilst leading the development and implementation of the target state application landscape. This includes upgrading / replacing key Corporate Enterprise applications and integrations within a two-year period and delivering a data governance model that allows for analytics to be easily accessed, keeping a finger on future state with AI considerations.
At least 5 years' experience in internal IT Project / Programme Management of Business Applications.
Experience in project managing multiple end-to-end Finance system implementations and upgrades
Strong track record of delivering successful IT programmes with tight timescales and multiple inter-dependencies
Proven ability in translating business needs into functional specifications for new system design and on-going enhancements.
Experience in mapping business processes to systems requirements and being able to identify areas for improvement, simplification and to remove customizations
Experience working in a high-pressured, time-sensitive environment
Experience implementing process methods and frameworks including Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, Prince2, MSP or inhouse methods
Experience of managing an application support team that is business-orientated and tools/process driven
Experience of supporting Microsoft application technologies including SQL Server, Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM / 365, IIS, .Net, SharePoint and Windows Azure.
Experience of SalesForce technology and suite of tools
