This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a big impact! We are searching for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an IT Lead – Development. This individual will be responsible for leading the successful technical design and development of software objects for SAP S/4 Hana instance, including core ABAP development, Fiori applications development, integrations between on-premise and cloud systems, with business partners and post-implementation optimization. The IT Lead – Development will utilize their understanding of SAP’s processes and configuration to engage and deliver the value of the SAP implementation.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Design, develop and implement software objects for SAP System landscape.

•Create technical specifications for WRICEF objects and applications to support the functional team.

•Develop software objects to meet technical specifications including full unit testing.

•Manage security roles and functional access.

•Manage support tickets to ensure proper escalation and resolution.

•Develop validation procedures for system/client copies and restores.

•Provide optimization, enhancement, and support for ABAP applications by developing technical specifications and roadmaps for assigned projects.

•Leverage in-depth knowledge of the evolving SAP landscape to identify and advise new solutions based on system capabilities.

•Collaborate with functional owners, host vendor, and other personnel to develop a dynamic and flexible system that meets the needs of the organization.

•Liaison with hosting vendor to manage batch scheduling, system maintenance, and system upgrades.


•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field required.

•A minimum of 5 years of technology experience is required.

•A minimum of 5 years of ABAP Development experience required.

•A minimum of 5 years of SAP experience with at least one full life-cycle of SAP S/4 required.

•Additional programming language experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

•Progress OpenEdge ABL language and/or DBA experience preferred.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
