The United States Coast Guard Acquisition Directorate (CG-9) delivers assets and systems that increase operational readiness, enhance mission performance and create a safer working environment. It’s mission is to acquire and deliver more capable, interoperable assets and systems that support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) operational forces in executing missions effectively and efficiently.In support of the USCG, ANALYGENCE requires a Journeyman Data Analyst to provide program data metrics, implementation, oversight, monitoring, and evaluation on the Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation (FPDS-NG). FPDS-NG is a federally mandated system for reporting federal contract actions, resulting in more than 40,000 Contract Action Reports (CARs) annually.The Journeyman Data Analyst shall provide FPDS-NG and analysis support services to include, but not limited to:* Assisting with DHS FPDS-NG Verification & Validation coordination, review, and reports* Assisting with data quality reviews and report development* Validating data accuracy* Analyzing data and calculating trends* Assisting with running standard and ad-hoc reports* Assisting with running data calls, organizing for distribution to stakeholders, and tracking completion* Providing system administration* FPDS-NG User Account Maintenance. Back-up Contractor support shall be available on days that primary support is on leave so that User Account Maintenance functions of unlocking accounts and creating new user names occur* Troubleshooting system issues* Assisting with the development of training materials and delivery of remote and in-person training* System user training* System refresher training* Remediation training* System update training* Providing FPDS-NG user support* Assisting with FPDS-NG system testing* Participation in Functional Quality Testing (FQT)* Participation in Internal Review Board meetings at the completion of FQT* Updating internal FPDS-NG SharePoint site and resources* Updating internal FPDS-NG user guides* Providing recommendations at meetings that impact FPDS-NG use at USCG* Assisting with facilitating and coordinating responses* BA/BS or MA/MS degree* Three (3) to Ten (10) years of relevant experience* An active Common Access Card (CAC) is preferred/*Please note that a*/n/* active Secret security clearance is preferred.
