Role purpose:

YNAP seeks a Junior   Payments Data Analyst to be part of the Payments Team organization within the Group Finance & Treasury Department. The Payments Team develops, creates and improves the customer’s paying experience, monitors insights, delivers best practices, manages the growth of YNAP’s offers in the payments area world-wide and helps to drive innovation and excitement to customers.

We are currently looking for a smart, motivated and driven analyst to focus on improving the performance of the team. As a robust problem-solver through data analytics, the candidate should own strong finance, analytical and communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, cross-functionally with multiple teams including Customer Service, Product Management, Technology, Marketing and Operations.

The resource will be responsible for managing the On-line customer’s payment activities, with focus on the global payments analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities :

  • Prepare intelligent, insightful reports on key drivers of the customer’s payments (Credit Card and Alternative Payment Methods);
  • Manage and control online customer’s payments volumes and costs;
  • Manage the relationship with our partner in the Payments Industry;
  • Suggest and implement improvements to systems, procedures and existing metrics;
  • Manage projects inside Treasury/Payments area supporting the re-invention of how we manage our business;
  • Support Tech Department for the development of new processes;
  • Perform customer’s payments Back Office activities.
  • Skills and Experience :

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering;
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position within a structured organization in the e-commerce business, Advisory or System Integration consultancy, Bank & Insurance 
  • Analytical abilities, precision, an attitude toward problem-solving;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel.
