We are recruiting a Management Accountant to join our finance team; a dedicated and diligent chartered professional who understands the importance of timely and highly accurate reporting.

Reporting to the Finance Director but with key relationships with the CEO and COO, this is a significantly visible role and suitable for someone who has proven their ability to work to tight deadlines in a high growth environment.

There are multiple jobs being recruited for

Key Responsibilities:

Key contributor to formation of statutory, management and shareholder reporting of consolidated financials
Working capital control, cash-flow monitoring, reporting and forecasting
Identifying process gaps and implementing and policing controls
To assist the FD in setting up the FP&A division
Provision of technical leadership of accounting standards and compliance
Taxation management, liaising with external advisors to ensure compliance
Liaise with auditors and manage timely and accurate completion of audit, corporate tax, and R&D Tax returns
Management of suppliers
Sourcing appropriate FX hedging instruments as required
Working with the Operations and Business Intelligence teams to ensure regular, consistent and accurate reporting of key metrics
Maintenance of cap table and support with fundraising
Support the launch of new markets
Ad Hoc reporting as may be required from time to timeRequirements

Qualified Accountant
Practice and small business experience
Exceptional Excel and software skills
Experience with Xero accounting software preferable
A strong personality with constant desire to learn and improve
Loves processes; constantly striving to improve efficiency
Hardworking and diligent
Personable with strong communication skills
