Job Overview

Position Description* Analyze current and historical data to report on sales and marketing KPI performance and trends and provide insights to assist decision making on a go-forward basis* Analyze monthly KPI’s to deliver insights and recommendations for use in refining monthly marketing spend and to establish longer-term trends that can be used for annual budget development* Model the life cycle of leads and sales by market to help predict existing and future market performance* Measure performance of individual promotional programs to assist in determining the overall effectiveness of each initiative.* Analyze past data by lead source and by market to provide predictive modeling for budgeting purposes. This includes, but is not limited to the following:* What does TV and Radio do for PPC and PPL’s in a given market. Analyze the total picture and make recommendations.* What is the best media mix by market to achieve budgeted KPI’s* Why is TV working or not working in certain markets taking into consideration offer, competition, marketing spend, and media buy (# of spots).* Evaluate and track new lead sources like OTT.* Develop a reporting tool that can be used to track field marketing rep performance by market and share insights that can be leveraged by the outbound marketing team across all markets.* Analyze the impact of customer reviews on sales as well as other KPI’s by market.* Track daily lead performance and provide recommendations to adjust marketing or call center tactics.Primary Duties & Responsibilities* Analyze internal, market, and customer-level data on sales, revenue, price, opportunity, etc. to deliver insights and support decision making for key stakeholders such as marketing, sales, and product, programs and services leadership.* Implement data warehousing, modeling, and mining methodology.* Manipulate and translate data to inform effective data-driven problem solving, including written communication of actionable insights.* Continuously engage business marketing teams on analysis and intelligence needs for informed decision making, delivering additional capabilities aligned with consumer research.* Support ad-hoc analytic and research requests that impact business decision making and strategic direction of the organization.Position Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related quantitative field required, Master’s Degree preferred* 3-5 years professional experience in business/marketing/data analytics* Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, solid Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills* Proven analytical/problem solving skills as well as demonstrated attention to detail* Ability to prioritize, organize and summarize data* Experience working within Salesforce environment is preferredAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to the individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, status as a military veteran or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
