TransAmerica, a premier IT consulting and technical staffing company is looking to add Principle Software Developer with RPA experience to our team! This is a contract for hire opportunity located in Alexandria, VA, supporting a Federal client. We are looking for a Principal Developer on robotics process automation applications to define, design, and deploy RPA solutions for clients. Team will enhance, innovate, and automate with an objective of increasing the operational effectiveness of an existing production system based on Amazon Public Cloud (AWS) and Amazon Simple Storage Service (AWS S3). The approach will utilize Agile, DevSecOps, and Lean best practices to efficiently and modularly develop, deploy, and operate the target solution. The solution will address the pay as you go storefront user interface, data ingesting, new functionality, security, compliance, auto-scalability, monitoring, and performance concerns. Job Description Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and prioritize proposed solutions. Develop Architecture of RPA implementation across multiple projects. Provide technical solutions, effort estimation, define delivery strategy and plans. Participate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process design and process understanding prior to automation. Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery. Perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities. Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation delivery. Evaluate completeness and correctness of final process design. Participate in an AgileDevSecOps teams through the project completion. Develop both front office and back office automation using RPA tools and other third automation solutions. Required Job Qualifications Bachelor Degree in IT related field (4 yearsrsquo experience in lieu of degree) Minimum of 5 years of software development experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in contributing to the architecture, design, and development of RPA implementations. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development. 3 yearsrsquo experience with application development in an AgileDevSecOps development. 3 yearsrsquo experience with development tools, applications, and infrastructure in a cloud-based environment. Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance with minimum 2 years US residency Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills. Experience developing and executing RPA Test Scenarios Experience mentoring and overseeing other developers and business analysts to design, develop, and deploy automations. Desired Job Qualifications UiPath certification. 5 year of development experience using UiPath Experience performing code reviews in accordance with RPA standards and best practices. Experience with AWS, cloud hybrid, and AWS 3S environments Experience with section 508 compliancePrinciple Software Developer - RPA 1
