The candidate will be responsible for the overall projects/program’s execution, and steam line operations. As Project Manager, he/she will report to Hagerty’s Senior Project Manager and will enhance the relationship and the Hagerty brand. This is a position of authority that requires leadership and mentoring abilities to support the projects success and Hagerty’s mission and goals of providing remarkable services to our clients.Responsibilities Include:* Oversee operation on a day-to-day basis on-site* Keep pace with strategic business objectives and all deadlines* Help streamline operations for Public Health customer* Worked with our client on-site to facilitate process engineering and efficiencies.Basic Qualifications:* BA/BS degree and a minimum of five years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above* 2+ years of experience in public health* Experience with data analysis, as well as a good knowledge of different means and methods of data analysis* Ability to organize and streamline communications and operations; set and track mission and objectives* Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction* Attention to detail* Strong computer and data management skills, including software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.* Experience working collaboratively with large groupsPreferred Qualifications:* Master’s degree a plus in epidemiology (or closely related discipline, such as biostatistics, biometry, public health or biological sciences)Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
