The Role

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will be responsible for developing complex automation solutions using a variety of methods in support of automation initiatives. Collaborates with the end users as well as team members in design, development, testing and maintenance of automation projects across the organization. Able to engineer process patterns for the purposes of creating reusable assets within architecture. Utilizes process automation best practices to ensure automations meet business requirements and meet stated targets for efficiency. Must be able to consult on and/or develop multiple automation projects and ensure delivery within the given timeline. Will be called upon to coach, mentor and train in automation design techniques and best practices.

The Main Responsibilities

Work with functional and technical support to continuously develop and support the automation environment and RPA platform in UiPath

Work with internal customers on high value automation opportunities to consult, design, develop, and / or support solutions using a variety of technologies including RPA, Hybrid Solutions, and API / Webhooks

Drive growth of the automation program and new technology platforms

Work with application client and teams on function support issues and roadmaps

Experiment with new technologies; ie ChatBots and Twilio

Collaborate amongst various functional teams, analysts, and architects

Understanding of workflow-based logic and ability to both understand a current state of the business process from a workflow diagram, and conceptualize future state of that workflow in an automated solution

Ability to collaborate with business partners to formulate logical automation requirements that satisfy the needs of the business to drive efficiencies and reduce workload

Have the flexibility to be on call in rare cases during off hours to manage maintenance and unexpected outages

What We Look For in a Candidate


Development experience in building automation using RPA tools; UiPath and AutomationAnywhere

2+ years of experience with any of the following; PHP, Javascript, SQL, VB .NET, HTML

Familiarity with the programming paradigm of object-oriented programming

Experience working with SQL and Oracle databases

Experience creating and interfacing with API”s / Webhooks

Bachelor”s Degree in MIS, CS, or CE or equivalent work experience

Proficient at maintaining documentation, managing enterprise code delivery, and migration between environments

Visio experience for workflow development

Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve independently

Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively across multiple organizations


Development experience in building automation in Blue Prism

Power BI experience


Experience with Application Development

2+ years of telecom experience
