Job Role Participate in RPA Opportunity Discovery ndash Independently and as Team Understand clientrsquos environment and different service channels ndash Voice, Chat, E-mail, etc. Requirement gathering for identified RPA Opportunities Create As Is and To Be Solution Designs Finalize Approve conceived RPA Design with Client Internal Stakeholders Mentor Developers during Coding phase ndash explaining the design, exception handling) and managing Customer queries Work with local Operations and Client teams for comprehensive Test Cases availability for Testing Participate in Design, Development and Implementation phases. Provide necessary feedback and guide for closure Monitors the changes that happen after implementing the feedback during development or testing phase while keeping the project specifications intact Monitor Project Milestone completion Identify Process and Operational roadblocks Communicate to all stakeholders (Ops Process Owners RPA Solution Architects Developers Testers) Required Skills 4+ Years in US Healthcare (Payer), preferably SME Role Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills Experience in Front Office set up ndash Telephony, Business Applications and Voice recording systems (eg. NICE, Verint, etc.) Operational Knowledge of following concepts Process Mining, Process Mapping, Process Optimization, Re-engineering and Automation Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Testing – including UAT and Bug fixes Experience with one or more RPA technologies (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Pega) Working knowledge of diagramming software like MS Visio Should be able to Prioritize and manage Multiple Portfolios Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies Excellent Communication Skills and proactive and effective connect with Stakeholders (Internal and External) Excellent Planning and Coordination skills with strong Documentation ability
