We empower them with the most up-to-date information on properties, and help find their dream homes in the least amount of time and also match them with the most suitable realtor equipped to meet their individual needs.The successful candidate for the Sr. Technical Digital Analyst position will leverage digital analytics data to drive business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and to continuously measure performance of digital web and mobile properties. The candidate will be passionate about data, tenacious in finding solutions, detailed, organized, and a team player.The Sr. Technical Digital Analyst manages our digital analytics infrastructure and defines our clickstream data collection strategy. This position serves as liaison between multiple areas of the business, including: digital analytics engineers, front end engineers, product managers, and data scientists and ensures decision makers get the digital analytics data they need.Responsibilities:* Coordinate across teams and departments to collect, document, and gather necessary digital analytics requirements.* Coordinate all reporting and analysis requests as they are received from our Data Scientists, Marketers, Product Managers, and other team members* Manage the prioritization and implementation digital analytics projects across multiple teams and platforms, including web and mobile, in an Agile Scrum environment.* Document tracking requirements and specifications for hand-off to development and engineering teams, complete with valid test scenarios and expected outcomes* Using common web development principles and tools, confirm that all tagging and tracking requirements are implemented according to requirements* Perform periodic data quality checks and regression testing to ensure the collection of high quality and accurate data* Conduct ad-hoc research through a combination of Adobe Analytics, Microstrategy, Tableau, and other reporting and data analytics tools* Create and deliver effective dashboards & reports to summarize and present relevant analysesWhat will you bring?* Bachelor in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering.* 3+ years of digital analytics experience working with clickstream data using web analytics tools e.g. Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst), Google Analytics etc. Certifications for Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or other Digital Analytics Platforms preferred.* Proficient in SQL and MS Excel.* Experience with experimentation platforms and experimentation analytics implementation and reporting.* General knowledge and experience with common web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript).* Strong analytical skills with solid foundation in data analysis.* Experience with Tag Management Systems (TMS), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data Management Platforms (DMP) is a plus.* Understanding of Software Development Process and Agile Development Principle is a plus.about realtor.comAt realtor.com®, we believe that everyone deserves a home of their own.
