Job Description Wersquore looking for a Lead RPA Developer to join our growing Automation team in Bridgeport, CT! The Lead RPA Developer will focus on developing high-quality RPA solutions to deliver maximum benefits from the business process automation, will guide and support the RPA Developer community, and will lead resolution of RPA incidents. bull Collaborates with RPA stakeholders to develop RPA solutions to meet organization-wide business process automation goals and objectives. bull Develops and manages organization-wide reusable RPA components. bull Develops high-complexityriskROI automations. bull Provides guidance and support to RPA Developers across the organization. bull Contributes to the RPA technical risk assessment and mitigation planning. bull Ensures all RPA solutions are documented and documentation is kept up to date. bull Contributes to the maintenance and improvement of RPA design, development, and deployment best practices, standards, and procedures. bull Works with RPA Developers to conduct design reviews to ensure the highest level of quality for RPA solutions. bull Contributes to RPA solution performance monitoring and enhancement efforts to optimize RPA deployments. bull Collaborates with IT on all required activities. bull Leads by example with can-do approach and a positive attitude to support organization-wide RPA stakeholders through all phases of RPA Life Cycle and PRA problem resolution process. bull Stays up-to-date with the RPA industry best practices. bull Adheres to compliance procedures and internaloperational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies
