Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior US ACE thought leader to facilitate revolutionary transformation. This position is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the organization related to data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies. The ideal candidate needs to have experience managing infrastructure requirements and industry trends in large operational DoD data sets. Requires strong statistical and data visualization skills. This position will be based in Vicksburg, MS. May consider McLean, VA as an alternate location.

A successful candidate must be able to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles / concepts and work on unusually complex technical problems to provide solutions, which are highly innovative and ingenious.

Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range enterprise data transformation goals and objectives. Determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Work checked through consultation and agreement with others rather than by formal review of superior. Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product. Erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in failure to achieve critical organizational objectives and effect the image of the organization technological capability. Serves as organization spokesperson on advanced projects and/or programs. Acts as senior advisor to government leadership, program management and customer stakeholders on advanced technical research studies and applications.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and a minimum of 14 years experience OR a minimum of 12 years experience with Masters
• Enterprise Operational Data Management Experience
• Executive / Senior Leader / Stakeholder Liaison
• Leader in Enterprise Data Structure Transformation Experience in the DoD
• Army Corps of Engineers Datacenter / Domain Experience
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT Program Management
• Prior Military Service Experience working with US Army Corps of Engineers
• Masters Degree or higher
• Experience in Management of Enterprise Revolutionary Initiatives
