We are looking for extraordinary people to join us in making a difference in the lives of others.This position is for a Systems Engineer II with 1-3 years experience or a Masters Degree, to work on Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence R&D and Rapid Prototyping efforts at the Elbit Systems of America (ESA) Orlando site. The job is critical to developing, demonstrating, and quantifying AI capabilities across ESAs product and market portfolio. Algorithm development and deployment are central to this job function.+ Develop and analyze highly complex algorithms.+ Implementation of algorithms in hardware and an understanding of the system design architecture trade space.+ Provide technical support to customer, user lab, and on-aircraft testing+ Perform system/product integration.+ Verification and validation of highly complex system designs to ensure conformance with functional specifications and customer requirements.+ Produce and/or review technical documents, specifications and standards.+ Prepare Technical level presentations.+ Provide outside contact with ESA affiliates and other contractors.+ An ability to effectively document and communicate designs, results, reports, status and presentations.+ Work independently and with internal/external organizations+ Willingness to travel Domestically and Internationally.+ Must support customer demonstrations+ Works closely with business unit program manager+ Bachelor’s Degree is required, Masters Degree is highly desiredSpecific Degree Field: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related+ Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated DOD Clearance at the Secret level+ 1 to 3 years of defense, academic, or industrial experience in artificial intelligence, statistical machine learning, deep learning, Computer Vision, and natural language processing.+ C, C++, Python, Matlab, Java experience+ Experience implementing algorithms in Cuda (Highly Desired)+ Unix/Linux OS experience (Highly Desired)+ Embedded Software experience (Highly Desired)+ Experience with Image processing / computer vision algorithm development+ ML Network optimization for tactical applications+ Hardware/software integration+ Simulation and Modeling+ User Interface development+ Experience creating and presenting model output and performance of data to stakeholders.+ Ability to read recent AI/ML research papers and adapt those into models to solve real world problems.+ Experience creating and applying advanced statistical methods and complex algorithms such as: regression, clustering, simulation, scenario analysis, neural networks, deep/reinforcement learning, genetic algorithms, and other machine learning techniques.+ Experience with any deep learning framework, including Tensorflow, Caffe, MxNet, Torch, Theano.Requisition #: 2020-7680External Company URL: om/Street: 4700 Marine Creek Parkway
