Role Workfusion Developer Location Jersey CityWhite House, NJ Duration 6-12 months Job Description As an IPA Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing automation processes. You will be exposed to a wide array of business applications that get tied together with our robots and will create value for the organization by automating business tasks. Be a key partner to the business and the rest of the team throughout the delivery cycle Employ agile development practices including test-driven development and deployment automation as well as Continuous Integration to improve overall execution speed and product quality Design, develop and test workforce (Bots) Process Automation Solutions for various business units by leveraging Robotic and Cognitive Automation platform Collaborate with IT to deploy and maintain the Bots in production Respond to and resolve production issues Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience MS in Computer Science is desirable A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in software development in a Linux, Core Java, Python, CC++, NoSQL, and Relational Database Required technical skills Core Java, Linux, Python(optional), SQL, RPA PlatformTools (Workfusion preferred) Desirable technical skills Knowledge of mathstatisticalmachine learning libraries Strong understanding of system architecture, object-oriented design, and understanding of Microservices Architecture BFSI industry knowledge desirable Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile preferred) Proficiency in the development environment, including IDE, web server, application server, source control system, unit-testing tool, and defect management tool Excellent communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiency
