Position Overview

Are you a scientist or researcher who wants to spin off a new AI venture every few months? C10Labs AI Venture Studio, a MIT spin-off is seeking an Machine Learning Scientist for ideation, creation and launch of multiple AI startups.

What You’ll Do

Drive AI venture creation, research, and development, leading project teams in creating innovative AI technologies.
Define and lead AI initiatives within our portfolio companies, working closely with founders and tech teams.
Oversee the application of AI technologies across multiple platforms and products.
Collaborate with our internal team and external partners to identify opportunities for AI applications.
Share knowledge and insights through regular presentations, workshops, and collaboration sessions.
Advise our executive team on AI strategy, risks, opportunities, and investments.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Maintain a strong network in the global AI community, staying informed of the latest research and developments.

Who You Are

PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
Experience in full product development and bringing cutting edge AI products, platforms, and services to market
Strong ability to translate AI concepts and ideas into products.
Experience in AI engineering and development at top-tier technology companies.
Demonstrated experience in leading AI initiatives and implementing AI technologies.
A thought leader in the AI space whether sharing through publications in AI/ML journals or as a speaker at conferences.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven leadership abilities and experience managing technical teams.
