PFL’s Software Organization is actively seeking an extraordinarily talented
Data Scientist to join our world-class Software team. In this position you will deliver data-intelligence powered solutions to customers and internal decision makers that leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning tools and processes. Stay informed about best practices, emerging trends, and opportunities in the Data Intelligence field. Cultivate and enable a culture of data-driven decision making.
In This Role You Will Get To
- Perform the responsibilities of a "Data Analyst" as needed, in addition to the following:
- Participate in the scoping, planning, and design of Data Intelligence products
- Execute on the delivery of Data Intelligence projects and solutions
- Maintain models, pipelines, and systems related to Data Intelligence solutions
- Generate ideas for leveraging Data Intelligence to drive improvements in any area, particularly in new product R&D, consultation process, and business operations
- Contribute to sales-related and marketing-related collaterals
- Engage in pre-sales and sales cycle activities with internal partners and directly with customers
- Advocate for data-driven practices and decision-making

The rest of the stuff: Base salary is $120-150K depending on experience. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, PTO, paid parental leave and more.
Remote work available in AR, AZ, FL, IN, KY, MI, MT, NC, NJ, NY, OR, OH, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA
