Position Overview:
Are you passionate about building AI solutions that make a real impact? We're looking for a forward-thinking
AI Researcher to push the boundaries of what's possible in financial data automation and analytics. You'll develop AI-driven solutions that simplify financial processes, deliver smarter insights, and elevate user experiences on our platform.
What You'll Do:
- 🚀 Design and deploy large Language models to automate data integration and financial reporting.
- 📊 Research and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms for data classification, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
- 👥 Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to bring AI models to life in production environments.
- 📊 Dive into large datasets to uncover insights that drive business decisions.
- 🔍 Stay ahead of AI trends and incorporate the latest advancements into our solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Mastery of Python and experience with building with LLMs.
- Experience in building E2E AI workflows, including semantic search, paragraph retrievals, keyword extraction, question answering, topic modeling, NER, and summarization.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Proven experience handling large datasets and building scalable data pipelines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- FinTech experience or familiarity with financial data systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of NLP and anomaly detection techniques.
