Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models to solve business-critical problems.
- Preprocess, analyze, and manage large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to implement end-to-end ML solutions.
- Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.
- Develop and maintain APIs and data pipelines to integrate ML models into applications and systems.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of deployed models.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Document workflows, experiments, and results for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past work.
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages like R or Java.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modelling, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for model deployment and scaling.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Pandas, Matplotlib, or Tableau.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of advanced techniques in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices for managing ML model lifecycles.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
