As a Machine Learning Engineer at Sapient, you'll be a key voice on the founding team and work on engineering cutting-edge AI products that help our customers bring joy to millions of gamers. This role requires a strong foundation in deep learning, generative modeling, and experience in implementing models for real-world applications. Who You Are
- Passionate, self-driven, and adaptable with experience building AI models and systems for production use cases
- Strong software engineering background with ability to design, write, and test high-quality object-oriented code in production
- Proven track record of software development in Python or C++
- Experienced in deep learning, unsupervised, self or semi-supervised learning, model architecture design and optimization techniques
- Experience with major deep learning and machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SciKit-Learn
- Preferred: Gaming nerd 🤓 like us, with an interest in interactive real-time systems
What You Will Do
- Develop innovative machine-learning technology and products that help developers build immersive digital experiences that bring joy to millions of gamers
- Build state-of-the-art GenAI text, image, and human-machine interface pipelines while tracking advances in AI frontier technology
- Develop model performance and evaluation systems ensuring models are robust, scalable, and capable of handling diverse input scenarios
- Help lead AI pipeline optimization efforts using cutting-edge approaches and frameworks.
- Utilize large, real-world proprietary customer datasets to improve models
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable object-oriented code utilizing your strong understanding of programming principles and design patterns
