About The Opportunity
As we continue to enhance our platform and user experience, we're seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Product Manager to drive the development and evolution of our telehealth solutions. You will play a key role in defining and executing product strategies, collaborating across teams, and bringing innovative healthcare solutions to life. This is a full-time hybrid position based in our NYC office, reporting to the Product Lead.

Your day-to-day
Product Development & Strategy
- Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prioritize features based on data-driven insights and business impact
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Participate in user feedback sessions and team meetings
- Support product launch coordination and analysis
- Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
Documentation & Analysis
- Prepare and maintain product documentation
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Analyze user feedback and engagement metrics
- Generate insights for product iteration and improvement
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related role
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with agile product development processes and tools (JIRA)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-starter mentality with proven ability to execute under guidance
Should-Haves
- Experience with user research methods
- Familiarity with basic UX/UI principles
- Prior experience in a startup environment
- Track record of successful product launches
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in healthcare or digital health
- Knowledge of healthcare technology landscape
- Experience with healthcare compliance requirements
- Background in telehealth or medical technology
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 annually
- We have a market-based compensation structure. The salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location
