About the Role
Leading B2B for the Product Partnerships team, you will work on some of the most impactful partnerships, programs and platforms in the AI industry. You will define and execute a partnership strategy to enhance our product functionality and accelerate adoption among SMBs and enterprises. You will build deep relationships, negotiate complex deals, and ensure we have the right strategic partners to deliver industry-defining product experiences as we evolve.
You are a skilled generalist who can rapidly context switch but have a background working closely with product leaders and expertise in B2B. You’re able to drive work at high velocity and can motivate external and internal partners, including product, engineering, and operations. You operate with independence and focus, finding creative solutions to unlock growth and innovation.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will:
Drive alignment and vision with Product, with a focus on the ChatGPT for Work product teams
Define the prioritized partnership strategy to deliver a high pace of innovation, improved user experience, and growth in service of our mission
Understand partner incentives to inform new product launch strategies
Negotiate major commercial agreements, owning the entire deal process from selecting the right partners, to negotiating and closing deals, to launch
Rally internal teams behind your vision and any key requirements to enable partnerships
Advise internal stakeholders, communicate effectively key stakeholders and executive team, and lead strategic alignment
You might thrive in this role if you have:
Extensive experience in Product Partnerships, Business Development, Partnerships, and/or Product.
Track record of launching and scaling technology platform ecosystems serving both B2B partner and user needs
Demonstrated ability to lead a range of deals: c-level strategic deals; partnership programs; platform launches
Exceptional ability to build relationships internally - especially with product and engineering - and externally with ecosystem partners
Clear communication, structured analytical thinking, and strong project management capabilities
Strong negotiation skills with an emphasis on driving aligned partner value
Creativity in problem-solving and a willingness to challenge conventional wisdom
