Job Description:
We are looking for Data Analysts, whether recent graduates or those early in their careers, to join our team. In this role, you will interpret and analyze complex data sets, develop actionable insights to drive business strategies, and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also manage projects, ensuring data-driven initiatives are completed on time and within scope.
As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and the Client Success team to deliver data solutions that exceed client expectations. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to lead various projects under the mentorship of senior team members, offering valuable opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets and machine learning model results using advanced statistical techniques to identify relevant trends and patterns.
- Translate model behavior and analytical findings into actionable business insight.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Collaborate with senior members to prioritize work, promoting and supporting data-driven decision-making within the team.
- Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through standard and ad hoc. reports.
Requirements:
- Expertise in data wrangling and manipulation in Python and SQL.
- Solid understanding of machine learning and statistical analysis.
- Good business acumen, with the ability to formulate approaches and solve complex business problems.
- Strong coding skills, comfortable with Object-Oriented Programming.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, incorporate feedback, and present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Good project management skills, committed to maintaining quality and meeting deadlines, and willing to raise concerns if obstacles arise.
- A [STEM] degree in fundamental mathematics is highly preferred – ie: Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, etc.
