About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with AI Experience to lead the development of cutting-edge AI-powered tools and applications, including agentic tools that adapt to user needs autonomously. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and user-centric products by integrating front-end interfaces with robust back-end systems powered by foundational AI models. The ideal candidate has experience working in a project-based environment (agency or consulting) and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for building and implementing systems from the ground up. You would write production-level code while defining processes and best practices for future team growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic front-end user interfaces using modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Implement and optimize secure, scalable back-end systems using frameworks like Node.js, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Integrate foundational model APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face) into workflows, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Build tools with agentic capabilities to automate workflows and adapt to user needs in real time.
- Develop APIs and endpoints for internal use and client-facing applications.
- Create and manage cloud-based infrastructure and deploy serverless applications on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure applications meet high standards of usability and performance.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to integrate data pipelines, databases, and harmonized datasets into applications.
- Continuously improve code quality by implementing CI/CD pipelines, performing code reviews, and following best practices for testing and debugging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software engineering with at least 3 years working on full-stack development.
- Proven experience working in a consulting or agency environment on project-based work.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Expertise in working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Hands-on experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with integrating and optimizing AI APIs like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic.
- Proficient in writing clean, modular, and testable code and implementing CI/CD workflows.
- Experience building tools with adaptive or agentic capabilities.
- Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI frameworks like LangChain or vector database systems (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
