Summary:

We are looking for a UI Designer & Delivery Builder, a role that combines user interface design with operational support for project delivery. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of following structured processes to ensure successful project delivery. While no advanced coding is required, having basic technical skills (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or SQL) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure design consistency and high-quality implementation.
• Create prototypes and final UI designs that align with usability standards and business goals.
• Manage the project delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate provision of client data.
• Work closely with data engineers and analysts to understand and fulfill client data requirements.
• Execute project delivery tasks, following predefined processes, reviewing scripts, and handling basic configurations.
• Identify and resolve minor issues that may arise during the delivery process.
• Ensure quality control by working closely with Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
• Document project delivery processes to maintain comprehensive records and ensure process optimization.

Requirements:

• Experience in UI design (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Previous experience in IT support, configuration support, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, or Git) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed processes.
• Quality Assurance mindset to ensure the accuracy of deliveries.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle a hybrid role with evolving responsibilities.
• Familiarity with cloud storage platforms such as AWS S3 is a plus.
• Schedule flexibility required.
