Where You Come In
This opening presents an extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced Analyst with a passion for pushing the envelope in what analytical software tools can do. You will work directly with our customers and development teams, providing solutions by integrating our software with their desired data sources, systems and workflows to support their investigation, analysis and decision-making processes.
This opening is a hybrid onsite and work-from-home position. You will base your activities out of the customer’s office in Arlington, VA at least 3 days a week, but could be called upon to work at other customer sites as needed in the capacity described below. The primary focus of your work effort will be the delivery of our software products and services as assigned by the Director of Customer Success and Field Operations.
We’re seeking individuals who want to learn and grow rapidly, and who are eager to roll up their sleeves and press our research & analysis software to its limits.
Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Eight (8) years of professional Analytic experience. Specialization in Intelligence Analysis, Business Intelligence Analysis or Data Analytics roles is preferred – 10 years or more a plus
Extensive experience using analytical software tools, with emphasis on data visualization and report development
Excellent analytic, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to exercise sound judgment and can handle sensitive information with discretion
- Flexibility to learn multiple programming languages for data manipulation to serve client needs
- Must be able to work onsite in the customer Arlington office a minimum of 3 days per week
- Flexibility to attend in-person meetings or events as needed on non-office days
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
TS/SCI security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Specialization in Intelligence Analysis, Business Information Technology, Data Analytics or related program is preferred
Training experience
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace for remote workdays
Ability to work both as part of a team as well as in a self-directed manner
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer engagement and support skills
Experience with various DoD elements and missions
Familiarity with some combination of the following (in priority order):
Scripting, including JavaScript and Regular Expressions
HTML5 / CSS3
Apache Velocity
SQL / PostgreSQL
