We’re hiring Machine Learning Engineers (2 to 5+ years of experience) for an exciting opportunity to build next-generation AI systems that scale to serve millions of users worldwide. You will work on projects focused on cutting-edge AI-driven solutions for information retrieval, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
What You’ll Do:
• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models.
• Develop AI-driven solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Integrate ML models into existing infrastructure, optimizing for performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Implement best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions shaping AI strategy.
Must-Have Skills:
• 2 to 5+ years of professional experience in ML, AI model development, and infrastructure deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in Go and SQL being a plus.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Model Deployment.
• Understanding of microservices and distributed systems architecture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred):
• Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems.
• Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Exposure to AI security risks and best practices.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary Range: $141,000 - $220,000 per year (Depending on experience and qualifications).
• Additional Compensation: Bonus, Equity, and Comprehensive Benefits.
