Job Description
Parfums Christian Dior seeks a detail-oriented E-Merchandising Assistant Manager to enhance its US online flagship. Supporting the Ecommerce team, this role optimizes product presentation, leverages digital tools, and improves the client journey. Principal Duties And Responsibilities
E-Merchandising Strategy & Analysis
- Collaborate with the US Digital Strategy team to understand business objectives, and priorities and adapt global E-Merchandising strategies for the US market.
- Assess new and existing Product and Categories pages, recommending optimizations to enhance discoverability, engagement, and performance.
- Leverage on-site search trends to refine merchandising strategies.
- Compile key insights to assist in management business review analysis.
- Analyze return data to improve product detail pages (PDPs) and overall user experience.
- Monitor industry trends, implementing insights to refine on-site merchandising strategies.
Product Set-Up & Website Maintenance
- Assist in weekly and monthly timely product launches, navigation updates and seasonal animations by reviewing Global Animation Kits and US commercial calendars.
- Optimize key content areas (Homepage, Axes Homepage, landing pages) based on shopping trends.
- Manage the precise set-up, attribution, and activation of products using E-Merchandising platforms, ensuring relevance in navigation and assortment.
- Execute cross-sell and upsell strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Maintain SEO best practices, including onsite search, alt-text, meta descriptions, redirects, and taxonomy.
- Oversee end-of-life product transitions with cross-functional teams.
- Provide Spanish translations for commercial plan on-site client communications.
Inventory & Promotional Support
- Support inventory monitoring for evergreen products, samples, personalization, and packaging, assisting with transfers and issue resolution.
- Maintain a promotional tracker, coordinating end-to-end process with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in promo SKU & offer setup, ensuring visibility via banners, product tags, and cart messages.
- Conduct initial promo testing, flagging issues for resolution before launch and secure timely activation, aligned with the commercial plan dates.
- Analyze promotional performance by channel, identifying opportunities for optimization in shopping behaviors and trends.
Front-End QA Support
- Conduct daily site audits to identify and resolve potential front-end issues, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Beauty Tech team to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new site features, post-release monitoring, and regression testing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or analytics in luxury retail or the beauty industry.
- Must have bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong passion for digital commerce with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity to explore data insights and performance trends.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA), SAP/AX, PIM Software, and Basic HTML/CSS preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Content Square, or similar web analytics platforms.
- Strong data-driven approach with the ability to interpret multiple data sources and present findings in weekly reports, promotional recaps, and competitive audits.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong understanding of merchandising analytics and retail math.
- Ability to adapt to pressure and shift priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders using project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Airtable.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, result-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $70,000-$90,000.00.
