About The Role
SourceDirect Consulting is excited to partner with a fast-growing company seeking a talented
Machine Learning Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on creating
foundational audio models, developing
prompt engineering for business applications, and solving
data science challenges related to prospecting. This is an exceptional opportunity to make an impact by advancing

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models focused on audio data to enhance automated sales outreach.
- Collaborate on developing email automation and prospecting tools, leveraging AI to improve engagement.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from research and model development to deployment and optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate data cleaning and accuracy-enhancing features, critical to improving the sales outreach process.
- Engage with customers directly to understand real-world challenges, ensuring solutions meet user needs and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in machine learning, including at least 2 years of experience training and deploying models in production.
- Technical Background: Strong engineering skills with expertise in machine learning and software development. Experience at reputable tech firms (e.g., Meta, Amazon, Stripe, or similar) and/or startups is highly valued.
- Skill Set: Proficiency in model training, deployment, and prompt engineering for business contexts.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Additional Qualities: Driven, ownership-minded, and thrives in a startup-like, fast-paced environment. Comfortable handling customer interaction and translating user needs into robust, customer-centric solutions.
