Summary: This position will play a key role in developing data models, conducting complex analysis, and driving data-driven decision-making using modern data tools to design, implement, and maintain high-quality data pipelines. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and passionate about using data to solve real-world business problems and should have experience in working with cloud-based data platforms.

Duties: All duties performed will be done accurately and in a timely manner.
- Design and implement data models, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
- Build and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and availability.
- Use data transformation and management tools to ensure high-quality, reproducible, and scalable data models.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
- Work with cross-functional teams including data analysts, and IT to ensure seamless integration and operationalization of data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality across all data-related projects.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, identifying trends and anomalies, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the data architecture and data science tools used within the company.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer engineering, or computer science preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to effectively perform Duties and Responsibilities as listed above.

- Strong experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and managing large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database design, optimization, and ETL processes.
- Expertise in data transformation, testing, and documentation.
- Solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with version control and collaborative coding workflows.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Ability to work on a team and be proficient in collaborating with product owners and development teams to understand and contribute to vision and value of specific projects.

- Ability to navigate competing requirements and technical restraints in innovative environments and work under pressure.
- Ability to effectively investigate and troubleshoot problems to identify potential causes and solutions.

Work Environment: Depending upon the area assigned, the environment could be a 100% clinical setting or office setting in a clinical environment. Exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
