Engineering Program Manager, AI/ML, Apple Services Engineering
The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) is an exciting & dynamic organization with customers in 155 countries, producing innovative products in a fast-growing marketplace for music, movies, TV shows, books - and, of course, apps. This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of-concept, working with partners, and more. On this team you will: - Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas - Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization - Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goals - Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline - Play an active role in improving how features are built and executed in the Apple Services Engineering organization - Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels - Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve Apple Services Engineering’s suite of features
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or technical project management management, including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle
- Built global products by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Sciences, Analytics, Design and other key partners

- Strong technical proficiency – Search and Recommendations experience is a huge plus
- Knowledge of A/B testing
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities
- Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous input into solid action plans
- Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines
- Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
- Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization
- BS/BA Degree and/or MBA preferred
