The Data Operations Capacity Planning team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst with proven experience in planning, forecasting, analytics, and operations. In this role, you will be responsible for converting internal customer’s annotation / labeling needs into quantitative project requirements and assembling and executing on the capacity planning necessary to deliver projects successfully. Teams across Apple, building amazing experiences into every Apple product, will come to rely on you to meet their product needs with high quality, cost-effective, and timely annotated data.
You are an experienced analyst who loves working with people across technical and non-technical domains to solve problems and deliver results. In this role you’ll have a chance to lean on all of your technical and people skills while engaging with teams across Apple’s ecosystem who are working on cutting-edge AI and machine learning technology. You will work with teams in operations, engineering, and program management to forecast demand, develop capacity plans, and partner in the execution of annotations projects on a daily basis that support Apple’s machine learning and AI efforts. You will work with client engagement and business planning to gather data and prepare projects for execution. You will partner with engineering teams to improve project execution automation, analytics, and reporting. You will communicate performance trends to leaders on an ongoing basis, highlighting and spearheading opportunities to drive further efficiency.
