About the Role - Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations and reports.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and apply them to improve existing processes and solutions.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and manage data science projects from conception to deployment.

Qualifications:
- Masters or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data solutions.
- Experience in a senior or leadership role is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in data science and machine learning are a plus.
