Your Impact

- The team's goal is to translate business questions into usable decision support products, visualizations & self-service tools that democratizes data across the entire enterprise.
What You’ll Do
As a full-stack data scientist, you’ll work on impactful initiatives across areas like Finance, Operations, and Marketing, turning business questions into actionable data solutions. Your key responsibilities include:
Collaboration and Communication
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with fellow data scientists, analysts, and cross-functional teams to support key data initiatives.
Model Development and Deployment
- Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models in production environments.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to design scalable and reliable ML solutions.
- Develop monitoring tools to ensure model performance, data integrity, and successful execution in production.
- Implement contingency plans for potential model failures.
Scalability and Efficiency
- Contribute to improving the scalability and reliability of production-deployed solutions.
- Automate data pipelines and machine learning workflows using efficient and reusable code.

You’re a data science professional with strong technical expertise, experience deploying/managing time-series models in an enterprise, and a passion for solving real-world problems. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with MPP databases like Snowflake (e.g., Snowpark) and data modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience building and tuning time-series forecasting algorithms (e.g., ARIMA, Prophet, XGBoost).
- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BW.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban is ideal.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering).
- Certification in data science or analytics is a plus (e.g., SnowPro Advanced Data Scientist).
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience applying data science techniques to solve business challenges.
Industry Experience
Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors is a plus but not required.
