In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for both developing and researching cutting-edge machine learning systems. You will work closely with our clients data science team and CEO to study and transform data science prototypes into robust machine learning applications.
Responsibilities:
- Study and transform data science prototypes into efficient machine learning models.
- Design and develop advanced machine learning systems.
- Research and implement appropriate machine learning algorithms and tools.
- Develop and deploy machine learning applications according to specified requirements.
- Select and preprocess appropriate datasets and determine suitable data representation methods.
- Conduct and manage machine learning tests and experiments.
- Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results to optimize model performance.
- Train and retrain systems as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Extend and enhance existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments and innovations in the field of machine learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into broader business processes.
- Design and implement training pipelines using existing machine learning models.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Machine Learning Researcher, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
- Deep knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in writing robust code in programming languages such as Python, Java, and R.
- Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., Keras, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Innovative, creative, and curious mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

- Experience with designing and implementing training pipelines for machine learning models.
